Hi Sara. :)

Are you using new poses or a new AO by chance? When animators upload animations they assign them a prioirty. The highest priority will usually override the SL animations.

And don't worry.. it is not a noob look hehe. My main is a year older then Mac and he still points when he edits. Mac's AO busted a few weeks back and I haven't even gotten around to getting another lol.

Do you still maintain the pose in general? Like if you aren't editing something? If not, then maybe there's something wrong with either the pose or the AO; can you reset the AO? If you do maintain the pose, except for when editing, then like Mac said, it's probably set to a lower priority than the default SecondLife editing/geek arm bend pose. Nothing to worry about. Happens to everyone! :)

I actually prefer that my av be able to move her arms out of the AO pose. I looks a little odd when she flips one backward over her shoulders, but I can live with it.

And, no, the priority can't be changed. You could maybe IM the creator(s) and ask for higher priority versions of your animations.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

Am I one of the few that find the floppy arms and the typing animation part of the charm of SL? (o.o)

I hate the pointing... a lot. I think it just looks dorky.

Pointing is terrible when the arm goes behind the head and ends up twisted in a most unnatural position. It looks like it's being wrenched out of its socket.

Pointing is actually handy when you want to draw someone's attention to a particular item.

And when editing, it looks like I'm weaving magic spells, adds fantasy fangirl. ^.^
