Yet another land question.

Hello....I'm wanting to purchase more land and usually keep to the mature parcels, but had some questions about PG land. I'm planning on just using the land for a private little residence. Lets say maybe I wanted to have something like a Sexgen bed in my home, would that be allowed on PG land or is any and all sex related material forbidden? Furthermore, if I wanted to use that bed and kept all chat in IM, could someone panning into my home with camera controls AR me for having sex on PG land, even if it was inside my home with no windows or anything open?

Also...the reason I'm asking about PG land is because I am assuming PG land has less chance of clubs or orgy/sex malls popping up around. Am I assuming correctly?

Hi Ange, I haven't been around that long myself so take what I am about to say with a grain if salt. But my assumption of what makes something "Mature" versus "P/G" is that on "Mature" land, anything goes (as long as we are NOT talking about pedophilia). "P/G" land meaning parential guidance, should mean that sexual conduct should be done discretely not in plain view.



If someone ARs you after they have manipulated their camera into your home, well that person has some nerve. Either they are some sort of ##### thumper who needs to mind their own business, or they are just disturbed.

There is a covenant which is fairly detailed, but it is written in a way to (hopefully) attract people who want to live in a nice residential environment far away from the chaos of the mainland. The covenant even talks about what you ask for. Sex is allowed in the "Green Paradise", just as long as you restrict your actions to your own land and not bring it to your neighbours land or in the public park located in the middle of the island. Of course if you and your neighbour have something going on ... LOL

For the record, sex is also allowed in the sand crab patch on Liome. Not as popular as I thought it was going to be, for some reason.

Gonna disagree with this... conditionally. If you are close enough to the edge of your land that you can be heard outside it, your open chat should remain PG. Or at least keep your mini-map open so you can be sure no one's around.

Haha, that made me re-read my post to make sure I didn't come off as sounding like some kind of nympho. I'm not talking about running an escort service or anything out of my home, just in general if I do meet someone I'd like to spend some private time with. Spent 12,000L on a bed that I haven't gotten to play with yet, don't want to move to a PG land and then be told it's not allowed! I liked the mature sim I live in, but I have a neighbor who has become somewhat of a stalker, flying around the perimeter of my land and just hovering there until I'll answer his IM's. Very annoying!

Thanks to everyone who replied...and I kinda answered the 2nd part of my original post on my own, I spent hours flying around visiting PG parcel's for sale and saw that there was a little reduction in the amount of clubs in those kind of sims, but a huge increase in the ad farms.
