Transaction region

Anybody else had problems with transactions?: no region name for part of transactions. Very bad for me as selling on malls so I quit maybe at mall where I actually had sale. And even worse for mall owners if all they trancations miss region info...then they sure lose all renters.

Just realised that when sorting one monts sales and there was about 25 sales without region info. Not more than 2% of sales but if they all from same region as seemed when say 5 sales in row by same shopper, so bit annoying. Found this kind of problem thread lastly commented last year..wonder if i am only one.

Though.....

Not had this problem myself Ricky, but when setting up in malls I always add a suffix to my product names to tell me which mall I have sold at. eg if the mall is called abc mall, I would have my product name say tribal tattoo abc, or something like that.

A Jira as Ann suggested is also a good idea to make sure LL are aware of this problem
