Looks like when they did the rolling restarts, they broke some sims. This is happening to a handful of different people in a handful of different places.
A person can't even create a notecard or script in their inventory without teleporting to a different sim. This is bad news for anyone that has a workshop or store on an affected sim.
Just throwing this out there to see how long before it gets noticed and dealt with. Two posts are on the tech forums about it, with the typical "clear your cache" response, which doesn't help at all.

:0 y'know i saw that when i first logged on today; fearing something amiss i switched back to the previous viewer (which i always keep in a folder called 'previous' - handy on occassions like this...
 i don't know if it's at all part of the symptom, and i haven't done anything too strenuous since then, but my ops have been fine today._____________________

It's getting frustrating as hell, I'll tell you that. If a fix doesn't come soon, I'm going to have to scrap my land and move somewhere else.

I'm getting this everytime I log in doesn't matter where I am. It's very frustrating. I read the JIRA but as it happens in every sim I'm not sure if a sim restart would help at all. I don't know what to do.
