I need to expand, as much as I love my region owner there is no more available land to rent. Is 6000 a fair weekly tier payment for 1/4 sim? All I do is weddings which is like so little traffic. Is 8000 more what I'm going to find?

I was going to rent 1/4 of a sim and couldn't find anything cheaper then 8k a week. I ended up getting a loan and buying mainland instead. LL tier is much cheaper.

Contact Veritas Raymaker. I wont get into what I pay for my 1/4 th a sim but he really listened and took care of me.

Owning 1/4 sim mainland would cost you $75.00 US a month
Or 18.75 a week
Or about 5000L a week.
So if its a lot more than that Mainland would be cheaper eventually depending on the costs of relative parcels.
