Don't forget today is the first 'business' day after Christmas for most companies in the US. That could prolong the transfer. As Raymond said, sometimes it takes up to 10 days. I would still call the billing department just to see what's up.

at first i used SLX but than i didnt manage to transfer money because the new system ,linden forced them to put.. i always got the money back to SL. so i moved to lindex.. so far its nice..

I'm now an SLEx girl, unless it's time to pay the tier. I don't like dealing with Linden Labs for much any more, because of their lack of proper customer support.. after the last time it took more than business days than their 'FAQ' states for Paypal. I guess they don't use the mass pay that SLEx does!

I almost used SLX yesterday to transfer money from L$ to US$ and out to PayPal...but wound up using LL instead because of a more favorable exchange rate.
I do agree that SLX is much faster, more reliable, and has better customer support. _____________________
