Help with buying Linden Money |

I bought some linden dollars on the site itself and it's registered under My Marketplace as under SLL. When I log into the game it says I have 0 dollars, and similarly will not allow me to buy anything from the onsite stores. What am I supposed to do here? I tried to transfer it to 'for purchase' but it won't let me do that. please help me...

Sounds like you bought on XStreetSL, go to that website and use withdraw to send it to yourself in world

It keeps saying I have insufficient funds.
My Marketplace SLL Balance L$1000 for Purchase L$0 for Withdraw L$0 USD Balance $0.00 Send L$ to your Second Life® avatar Withdrawal failed: Withdraw $500 failed. Insufficient funds. this is what it looks like and then it says that when I go to withdraw. Wtf is up with that? |

I agree with Mitzy.
You can get to the Marketplace from here in the Forums by clicking on the "Second Life" up in the upper left corner of this page, then from there click on Shopping (top of the page in that black bar). From the drop-down menu you get, choose the first option, "Marketplace." The Withdraw option will be available to you (assuming you're logged in on the XStreet site) in the upper left box. _____________________

I'd send a support request seeking clarification, but I suspect your money is held and can only be spent on XStreetSL at this time. _____________________

SL has this setup that if your considered a risk they do odd ball stuff with your money, a first time transaction can trigger it sometimes.
I could be wrong though, there might be some other problem. _____________________

Put in a support ticket or call them. The most we can tell you is that there are some circumstances when they won't allow you to withdraw, due to risks of fraud. But we aren't customer service, so asking us is pointless.

Have you tried to use one of the Xstreet terminals in world?
Go up to an empty xstreet terminal in world which you can find those through the inworld search engine in the ALL search..then type in "balance" in general chat and it should send some green chat telling your balance.. If it shows you have a balance on the terminal in world just type in general chat ..Withdraw and then the amount you want and it should send it to you.. this is it in a nutshell /me walks up to an empty xstreet terminal.. Balance xstreet terminal: your balance is $1000.00 Withdraw 1000 if that doesn't work then i would do a ticket with customer service.. i never used the site to get my lindens in world..but the terminals have been working for me since day two of being in sl...hope this helps  _____________________
