Hi all I'm trying my luck at uploading a pre made RAW file created by someone else, but I noticed the upload and download RAW file button is marked off for me in EM Tab, while I am estate manager of the sim (not owner) I have an example RAW file on my computer, and now I'm wondering if either I don;t have the rights to change the RAW terrain, or maybe I should put the RAW file into another folder? Anyone know? thanks very much.

It has always been the case that ONLY the sim owner can upload a .raw file.
That doesn't prevent you from using .raw files, however. You simply need to coordinate the activity with the sim owner. Just e-mail the .raw file to the sim owner, and have *them* upload it. I do this all the time with sim terraforming clients.
Further suggestion: Before the sim owner uploads your raw file to the sim, have them save a copy of the current state of the sim, which will catch any manual changes made to that point. Then, if you don't like the .raw file, the sim owner can easily restore the previous terrain, exactly as it was.
