What languages does LL phone support staff speak?
In other words, if a user doesn't speak English, and needs to call LL, such as if they might if their account has been disabled, what languages other than English can they expect the phone support to deal with?

That's a good question, Suezanne. There needs to be a very clear website page giving ways to contact LL for different customer locations. And we actually need those various ways to be in place, obviously.

Sometimes this forum seems to be more about making 'fun & clever remarks' than helping people out. Eventually that will scare some that like helping out away! I'm actually tired of scrolling every post to find serious answers... They do have a toll free number for those of us in the US - I suppose one of us could call and ask. Actually THAT would be REALLY nice! I googled for some info but didn't find any. And if you are not living in US you are sometimes stuck if you have questions!  I could make a call but it would be sooo much more expensive ( my children will have to give up Christmas  ) |

Well, what I understand is:
English American English Japanese Korean French Spanish These were what they I believe they speak. I'm not sure on German, but I know that for a while they were looking for someone who did. _____________________
