Is there anyone....

...... who can help me with skin?

I read earlier where someone mentioned they make skin, but not to sell..... and I am going crazy trying to make skin for my shop....so far it's just not looking right. Does anyone have a very basic skin they would be willing to share (or sell) so that I have something more natural to work from? I know this is a long shot....and I certainly am willing to pay...But this project is driving me crazy to say the least and I'm hoping if I can just get a decent looking basic skin to begin with...I can create from that. I've tried getting freebies that are tintable....but they really aren't that great.

I know how to use the templates.... I just cannot seem to create a smooth natural look that works for an AV. As an artist I can draw & paint...but doing the same thing with photoshop has proven to be a tedius challenge so I'm hoping to maybe learn from someone more skilled with the program.

You might want to post any specific questions you have in the Texturing Tips forum. Also search that forum, there have been quite a few threads about skins I believe.

i recall a german sl community posting skin textures on the web for this purpose.
cant recall where though. maybe ask the germans about it.
