If I open another account is it possible to share all your inventory items with the new account? If it is possible, how do you do this?

Only if the items are transferable. Otherwise: no.

The actual answer is NO - you cannot share ALL items.
You can transfer all transferable items to your Alt-account (this means you will loose all no-copy items on your first account).
A real "sharing" (both Avatars have access to the same inventory) doesn't seem to be possible - would be against all permission settings (because this way one could share no-copy items).
