Hoping someone can give me some advice here. I raised a tech support ticket 2wks ago on the advice of a merchant I bought something from and which was not delivered to my inventory(merchant won't replace until SL have confirmed no problem with my inventory structure). Two wks later, having supplied all the information I was asked for, and asking 3 times for an update, I have heard nothing. Ticket status has been changed to "unresolved" today. Does this mean they will take it no further? The item cost me L$2099 so getting pretty frustrated now. Would really appreciate any advice on what the response time expectation is on tickets and if there is anything else I can do to get a response from Linden on this. Thanks

If you are a premium account, you can use live chat. If you are basic, all you can do is continue to update the ticket asking for a status.

Is the item copy/no transfer? If so, the merchant *should* have no problem replacing it, if you can show him/her the transaction in your transaction history.

If the item is transferable, I can understand the merchant's reluctance to replace until it can be verified that you a) don't have it and b) didn't give it away.

If its unresolved... means its over sorry to say ;-(

The labs support even if you pay for an account is less then bad.. heck their BBB grade is an F dont expect to much support from them ;-(

That merchant sounds like thier are just being an a$$ really if ya have a transaction log of you buyin the item.. they shouldnt have a problem replaceing it.

To me that's bad business. With a transaction number, any merchant can check whether you bought something or not. And although it might be a no copy item, 99% of the merchants do replace it anyways.

We all know failed deliveries are a common problem. And this is the first time I hear a vendor telling someone to raise a ticket for a non-delivery.
