shadowed areas of my skin are transparent when I use my male avatar for clothing stuff... anyway a rebake shoudl fix it it worked for me    |

Yep the new viewer replaces unbaked textures with transparent rather then grey as it was in the past, it is the new alpha layer for avatar mesh that is already prepared but not yet activated.

A rebake will temporarily fix it, but not for very long at all.
The only real fix is to NOT use the 1.23.4 client, which this is a known bug in. Revert to 1.22, and you'll be fine.
