Looking for the special Land...

Not sure if this is the correct forum to ask this question, but I will give it a shot anyhow.
I am looking for some special, well done land in the 8192sq or 1/4 sim bracket. Let me explain what I am really looking for.
I don't want an opensim/ homestead ( got one of them and cant sell it to anyone these days), I don't want any real estate sharks to contact me, promising me the best piece of land with it's 100's of happy customers.
No, what I am looking for, the look and feel for the land should be something like " Baron Grayson's old relic sim, Caledon sim's ". Dark themed sims, with lush dark terrains and mountains, hills, perhaps a " lord of the rings, rustic style" look to it.
I have been sim hopping for days, only to land on openspace sim/ and some desperate land sellers, promising the sun moon and stars, but i find myself next to terrible prim cubes.
The reason I need land like this, we are a Goddess Investment, no we are not gothic or gorean, we are a group of fun individuals, we roleplay, we don't roleplay, we have " slaves and subs", we have a few dancers but all in a very small and personal setting. We are not a club per say. We have light traffic, perhaps 3k a day. We are strict on what we allow in our establishment and what we would like to see there. Usually there are no more then up to 6 people at our laggy mainland location. We don't have events or any other events of that sort. No annoying emoting or shouting and defenetly no drama.
I am not particulary looking for an all commercial area, due to the fact, we like privacy and don't want to have every day shoppers to come to our location and like get confused. More then likely we will have our private homes there as well.
I am not sure if this land does exist in SL, but I thought I would give it a shot on here and see if anyone would have/ or know of some land like this to offer for sale/ rent, for a very long term period.
If anyone knows of some " dream land" like this, please contact me in world, or send me a notecard with your offers. Again, please no real estate sharks, I am not interested.

I think with those kind of requirments you maybe better off buying/renting a blank plot and developming it yourself (or pay someone else too if you are crap).

Still, you never know, someone may have what you are looking for.

I think your wisest bet would be to contact some of the large land barons who have extensive holdings - Dreamland, Azure Islands, etc.

Also maybe ask some people affiliated with some of the fantasy/medieval RP groups as they might know of a suitable place. You won't find what you seek by teleporting around, you'll find it through word of mouth.

Sounds like you are looking for Winterfell, Caledon's darker northern neighbour. Caledon is far too twee for you I'm sure.

Winterfell is restructuring these days due to the openspace debacle, redesigning terrain as they go - so you might want to get in touch with them fast. Look up Serra Anansi, Seneschal of Winterfell. Or if you like Baron's style in particular - talk to him. He might be able to point you in other directions I don't know about.

Generally I think any question is worthy of an answer, but as this is sort of 'land businessy' I'm going to recuse myself from any further postings in this thread.
