Everytime I try to upload a picture to second life, or download a picture to my hard drive, I crash... Is there anything that can help with that situation, because I've asked other people and theirs seems to be working just fine. I've tried uninstalling SL completely, and reinstalling it, nothing is working, please help

Welcome to the SL forums, Tamarah!
One thing I can suggest is updating your video drivers. Yes, those pesky things are tied to the downloading/uploading in SL and I have no idea why.
Next, which version of SL are you using? If you are using the main viewer, you might try the Release Candidate and see if it works.

Thanks, and *sighs* I had the release candidate viewer, and it wouldn't work there, I then switched back to the regular viewer... in hopes that it would work... but it doesn't work there either.
I'll try updating my drivers, and see how that goes
