So I was out buzzing around the other night, and decided to use the water rezzing area in Bay City to rez up my 7 Seas fishing boat. This is right next to the Linden-owned Yacht Club build.

What did I find here? Rather than being a wholly abandoned build, Mia Linden seems to be "parceling" up the slips, including a few free floating ones off in the water, for big boats.

Anyone know what is going on here? My suspicion is a water-based vendor area similar to Busy Ben's or Luna Oaks (both of which are not all that far from the Bay City Yacht Club), but it could conceivably be rentals, sold, or who knows what.

Any ideas or speculation?
