This has been ongoing, I've done everything under the sun to fix it including uninstalling and reinstalling most of the versions of sl. On certain objects; ones that bring up a pop up menu I get a script error popup and unable to use the item. It happens on my radio for my rental and a bloodlines cask and I'm unable to use them..really annoying problem. I did some researching and it said something about script reset but that's on their end and I can't control that...so how do I fix?

Under the Tools menu, when you edit the object, you cannot do the Reset Scripts option?
Can you Take the item and then rerez it to see if that fixes it?

If you rent that land, any item that tries to change parcel settings like the radio has to be owned and rezzed by the owner of the land, or by someone in the land group with proper permissions. A mere renter may not have the ability to alter those parcel settings. More info about what the script errors say might be helpful.

As Dana says, more info about the error message would be useful. My first reaction was that something must be trying to change some parcel settings but, because I don't know what Bloodlines casks do or how they work, I'm not sure.
Does the Bloodlines cask have a notecard with it explaining what to do if you want to use it on group-owned land?

YEs, some more information would be nice. Sometimes, for instance, when using a scripted item like a vehicle and the yellow script icon shows, I've been told that it could mean the SIM is over its script allocation. Allegedly, there are limits on scripts though they are not made public like the avatar limits...according to a SIM owner I know.

Script limits are supposed to be coming in at some point but that seems to have ground to halt, rather. There's no limits -- in that sense -- on scripts per sim or per avatar, as yet. If you click on the script error icon it'll open a window telling you what the error is. I suspect it may be a permissions error somewhere in the script -- that's usually what it is with vehicles; they've become confused about who they're animating or whose keyboard controls they're hooking up to.
