How do I locate the name of the owner of a business? I'm not very smart at all this yet, so I need to know exactly how to find the name of the business owner so I can IM him to report a
defective product.

With the item either worn or rezzed, right cilck it and select 'edit'. In the window that pops up (The edit menu), if there's a button that says 'More' click it. In the general tab, Creator is listed. That's all there is to it!
