I think that LL could, if if wished, mirror it in some way so that there's it's usable like it is at present as part of the support system and also usable as a search engine indexible and readily linked to resource for Second Life users.
There's an article in the Knowledge Base about making a link to an article or folder in the Knowledge Base:
How to link to a Knowledge Base article
As of the time of this writing, the Second Life Knowledge Base requires a workaround in order to hyperlink directly to any article. Use the process below to generate Knowledge Base links you can give to other Residents.
Caution: Copying the URL from the address bar of your browser does not work for creating links to Knowledge Base articles! If you want to send someone a link to an article, you should use the instructions below.
Linking to a Knowledge Base article
Use this template to create a link to a single Knowledge Base article. You do not need to log into Support to follow the link:
https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417&task=knowledge&questionID=XXXX
Replace the "XXXX" at the end of the link with the last four digits of the article's topic number.
Where can I find an article's topic number?
You can find an article's topic number at the right side of its page, under Topic Information. The topic number always starts with "4051-".

Example
This article's own topic number is 4051-5402, so its link would look like this:
https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417&task=knowledge&questionID=5402
Linking to a Knowledge Base folder
Linking to a folder in the Knowledge Base works the same way as linking to an article, but uses a slightly different template:
https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417&task=knowledge&folderID=XXX
You can find the folder ID by moving your mouse over your desired folder in the navigation tree and watching for the URL at the bottom of your browser. You should replace "XXX" with the number after the "=" in that URL.

Tip: If you find yourself needing to create links to the Knowledge Base often, you may want to investigate a free keyboard macro tool like AutoHotkey. You can use such a tool to quickly print the long, complicated portion of the link with a single keystroke.

This should be the url for the quoted article: https://support.secondlife.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4417&task=knowledge&questionID=5402 .
The urls produced through this process don't work for me, being viewed with Strife's Greasemonky script.
The text that you can see is correct, but the url that is linked to is different than the visible text.
I'm not sure exactly what's going on; it seems like it may have to do with "amp" being added to or replacing an ampersand.
Anyone know how to get this links to work, perhaps how to modify Strike's script, assuming it's the culprit?
