I would like to send a real Christmas gift to an sl friend. The problem is that I don't know his actual rl address and it would not be in appropriate for me to ask. Any ideas?

Give him something in SL instead. Attempting to send something in RL could be construed as stalking.He may not want the SL/RL crossover. If it's not appropriate to ask for his address, it probably isn't appropriate to send the gift. |

i agree...if it isnt appropriate for you to ask his rl address, then a rl gift is not appropriate either.

Do you have a RL email address and/or phone number for this person? If not, then you two are probably not yet on a level where a RL gift is even appropriate. If you have swapped that info, asking for a RL address is still not a good idea and I recommend Ann's suggestion.
