Can someone tell me how in Gods name do you access the feature to control private messaging for this forum. I tried to instant message someone and it told me the feature was disabled until I changed it in my profile. Then when I went into my profile, I saw nothing of the sort. Please help.

Hi James
if you click where it says User CP on this page, and then choose edit options and scroll down, about half way down the page is private messaging, just place a tick in the box to enable private messaging. Then scroll right to the bottom of the page and save changes  _____________________

(The box thing near the top has a "User CP" link, click that one, then "Edit Options" in the next screen) In the middle of that page you should see: "If you do not want to send or receive private messages, you may disable the private messaging system. Enable Private Messaging" Just check the box and "Save Changes" all the way at the end  .(The person you're trying to PM needs to have it turned on as well though) (Too slow!  ) |
