Will LL change VAT rate for UK customers from today?

Apologies if this has been posted before. I tried searching but the forum won't let me search for VAT because it's such a short keyword.

The subject says it all really. From today (December 1st), VAT in the United Kingdom drops from 17.5% to 15% for a period of one year.

Will LL be applying the new VAT rate to transactions involving UK customers from this point forward?

One would certainly hope so. Maybe a UK resident could submit a ticket to remind LL?

Yes they will be. I asked Jack how this would work as mainland is paid behind and estate ahead and he seemed to think it will simply be applied to our next billing period.

What Ciaran said, plus - they have already changed it. My tier that is due on the 24th of December is now showing the new VAT rate. Also my alt's tier that is due today (1st December) now shows the new VAT rate, so that one will pay for the whole of November at the new VAT rate.
