Is this possible

Is it possible for someone...not enabled to see where you are on the map, to know what location you TP'ed to? or where you are?

I did hear that there's scripts that, if you carry an item with such a script, can tell a certain person your location. Otherwise, I don't believe so.

Is it possible that a locale will not allow you to see it's description in top of the window?

I only know of two ways:

1. You are wearing something they or someone else gave you, that tells them where you are.

2. There is an object where you are that tells them when you arrive.

There used to be a bug that let scripts know the next place you TP'd to, but the Lindens fixed that one gridwide.

Not without a device that's designed to make that possible. You can purchase a device that you wear that will let other people know where you are and where you've been. Some people, I believe, have figured out ways to put devices like these on other people, without them knowing it, and "spy" on where they've been. Too sneaky for my taste! I'd rather just ask.
