I knwo basically nothing about scripting.
However i would really like a little count downer thingy. IT would basically count down to an SL tiem and date thatwas specified. It would show on a prim or something similar ho many days hours and minutes were left.
Is this possible??
If it is is there soething like this already avaliable in world?

Yes, it is possible and not all that difficult to make. I don't recall seeing one for sale in world but I would be very suprised if there is not.

I saw one just the other day on a sim counting down the days to Christmas in days/hours/minutes, etc...so I know one has been done, but can't remember where that was  Sorry Ashe |

Its ok Ashe  I am glad to knwo it can be done YAY I want one I can put my own date and time into to get it to countdown. I have soemthign special happening in March and i would like to watch the days tick away to it |

did you check the scripting library?
there are a lot of good free scripts in there, might be a count down one

You have to enter the time and date in the script, and it will show as floating text above the prim it is in. It can go into any prim object you like, so long as the object is modifiable, or obviously made by you! It will also show a message of your choice. I hope this is what you want. Pixie xx

Thank you both Neither are exactly what I want but they will work until I can find one which will do what I want I am wanting the couuntdown to show on a prim board. I think i mayhave found soemthing that does it but it is counting down to Christmas so I will chat to the creator and see if they will make one for me to count down to my date |
