I just noticed if you place yourself as offline to someone you really look offline on the website and calling cards now. Is this new or is it just SL acting up tonight?

Its the way it is supposed to work. Just remember that anyone in a group you are a member of can still see your online status in the group info and anyone can use a scripted device to see if you are online.

I think they got that fixed a couple of server updates back. Been working for me for a couple of months now.

My own view is that if you choose to appear offline to someone (or everyone) there should be NO way that you can be seen. I really wish that this problem were fixed once and for all. It just fascilitates stalkers the way it is at present. (And I, and I assume many of us here, have had a bellyful of stalkers!)
