For the past three days I have tried to upload some images. Every time I get the 'try again later-unexpected difficulties' message. No matter how long I wait, what time it is or whatever region I am in, ALWAYS the same response!!! I have enough $L on hand to upload at least 100 images, so finance is not the problem. What am I not doing?????

How frustrating. When I get that it always clears up in 10 minutes or so. I think you should do a bug report.

clear cache, rinse, repeat.
Every time I had that error, a shutdown, adscan, cache clear, and relog fixed it.
