HELP!! I have been having a problem logging on for a couple MONTHS!! I would log on, and get to where it says "LOADING" and I would be at 10,10,10 wherever I was, and sometimes it would load on, a few mins later.. or I would be trying for up to like 6 hrs. Sometimes it leaves me looking like a girl (I'm a guy! LOL) swimming in the air. Also, I find myself with ZERO bandwidth, and usally spend at least an hour, trying to get back on. Also before they took off the meter bars for bandwidth and packet loss, I have seen the bandwidth go up to over 8,000 K. What is weird, is that it does not affect my 2 alts. I have tried emailing SL thro the help portal as a "special problem" or whatever they call it, till I am as blue in the face, as the blue on the sides of this area. And they did not help one bit. Then informed me in an email that I did not qualify for the level of support I was getting, and I gave up on em. I would give my eyeteeth, to be able to have LIVE PHONE tech support from SL. But I only have a paid basic account, and I am not good enough (as well as the masses) for phone tech support from SL. I have done everything they said to do, reinstall SL, clear cache, ect. It even happened after my hard drive crashed, and I had to reinstall. So it don't seem to be on this end. I have a P4, 2.4 Ghz, a Gig of memory, and a Nvida 256K 6200, video card. Also I have hardwire ATT DSL at 6.0 speed, which was recentely upgraded from 1.5 Ghz. IF anyone can HELP, please Email me directly at AdeelEagor@aol.com. with the topic, "SL Loading problems" or something related to it, so I will notice it clearly.

That's exactly what happened to me, save for the time.

The only way I solved it was to reduce my friendslist waaaay down, and shutting off online notifications helped just a little bit.

It took a number of tries to actually get in the world like that - eventually after half an hour I could, and then I was able to cut the list down.

Good luck Adeel, I remember you from way back, I hope you make it!
