Hi All
I have little problems with person who bought land from me. She is ofending me and threating me for nothing:
"hey dick [2007/10/24 20:50] xx xx: i am reporting you to linden labs as a scam artist"
"my friend just tried to rent your space and all of the prims are not for sale. so you rent to people and still earn money. you are a bad person and i will not have you as a neighbor. take his 1000 lindens and get the hell off the land. i will make it my mission to rid you from sl"
Do I need to send logs somewhere and where? Can I acess to live chat support and how?

I made my house with little shop below and she become angry because of shop. She never talked to me to ask me about shop. I told her i can remove shop if is problem but she didnt listen and insisted she will sell land because of me. Now she sold a land for 0 to her friend and baned me from parcel. I put my 512 for rent and her other friend rented today when I was away. He becomes angry too because he wanted to rent without objects and objects didnt retourn. Is little funny and complicated story. I really did not do anything wrong. Also offered money back for rent. Just don't want to get baned because of "i will make it my mission to rid you from sl" because im not shure what they can invent and fill AR against me. I can post logs here too because I cant explain better.

I think it's worth filing an AR, as this could be seen as harrassment. Even if LL don't do anything about it, your side of the story is on record.

Depending on how you set your land up for rent, I very much doubt that from the moment he rented, he would get the permissions to be able to return the objects that were on the land. As you are looking for answers I have a couple of questions perhaps you can answer first. Was your land set to a group that you own? Did you have a covenant for your land? If yes, what was in your covenant or rental agreement upon renting the land? Usualy you will make some form of payment to someone or something ie; rental box and the renter will have to join or be invited to a group to enable building permissions to be granted. Perhaps you can explain a little more..

unrent from them, credit their money back, keep your house and store, ignore them and enjoy SL. if they want to sell, let them.
they are bullying you and taking advantage of your soft nature. stand up for yourself, reclaim your 512 and get on with SL.

and if you decide to sell your 512, price it high. they'll probably buy it right away.

Can I get baned for their false (multiple) AR? (thats my only fear) I will answer to other questions soon, I don't have time at this moment. Thanks very much to all.

Pinos, For the renter to have building access on your land he will have to join the group, send him a polite IM, explain to him that as with all rentals on private owned land he/they will have to join the group the land is deeded to, to enable building on that land and returning other peoples objects. Be polite and offer him 24 hours notice to join the group and explain that if he does not join the group it is in the best interest for you both to terminate any future agreements and return his rent. Then do what 3ring said put your land up for sale at an inflated price and also file an AR just to be on the safe side, if it gets read by a Linden it will either get filed or binned but at least you have been fair and complied with the so called decency laws of the land.

Yes, that's normal procedure for me too. I invited him to group a soon I come to my computer. I also IM a new renter to ask what he would like I do for him and said I'm sorry for misundersunding, but he never responded or joined to my group.

I just filled up AR and explained my situation with all chats and this thread URL included. Also refunded money to new renter, deleted rental box and temporary restricted access to my land to only few my friends. Put land for sale (512 for 9999). I dont know if is ok i post chat logs URLS i have on www. This should better explain all situation. Now I feel relief  Nobody answered me if I'm "ban - safe" because of their multiple false AR? or Can I consider this case solved?

I think you've gone above and beyond what most people do. Really what kind of message was that from the new landowner? Insulting people just because her friend is an idiot who can't join a group to build on the land. Jeez. Why didn't a landbot swoop in and get the land when she sold it for zero...

We'd love to say that they definitely won't.. but we can't. It's unlikely they'd do it, as this is a personal dispute and LL doesn't like getting involved in those, however. By also ARing them, you've put note that it IS a personal dispute. More likely, if anything happens, you'd get a warning.. which means that you can't work as a mentor or volunteer for LL..
