Bubble Help..Floaters

No I am not refferring ot bubble chat...its' the bubble hlpe or floaters. When your mouse overs over the chat bar at bottom of screen and it tells you ..build..the bubble help says...to creat new items. the same for fly or anything..even when you type..especially when you build (( the bubble help or floaters tells you what everything is for. |

uncheck that
(I think it is under view)
if not that, then popups maybe?
if it is the popups it is in the edit, preferences, popups, turn them all off using disable all these popups
(I have a feeling it is the popups)
