HELP! I accidentally sold group land....

INSTEAD of buying it myself first so I got the proceeds, I forgot to sell it to myself for L$1, THEN sell it....

So, the money from the sale of the land is now sitting in the group's account. How do i get it out?

#1 go into the group info button and make sure no other roles (besides yours) are responsible for the fees/proceeds.

#2 wait until tomorrow to be paid. it takes about 24 hours.

you can go into land info in that groups tag and see the selling price and how it's being divied up. give it about 5 minutes to update after you remove everyone else from ability yo receive said funds.

Don't set land for sale for 1L, less you want some bot to snag it from you.

Instead set it for sale to just you and you only and for 0L$

There is no "Group account". When the proceeds from that group land sale are processed, 24 hours after the sale was made, EVERYONE who has the "Pay Liabilities" role checked in any role that they belong in for that land group will get an EQUAL schare of the profits!

URGENT: The "Everyone" role has "Pay Liabilities" checked by default. Assuming you own the group, you need to UNCHECK that "Pay Liabilities" role, IMMEDIATELY, for every group role other than "Owner". If you do that in time, the land sale profits will all go to you (or be split just to the multiple people who are the "owners" of the group, if you admitted anyone else to that role).

If you fail to do this, and if your group has, say, 20 members, then the day after the sale, every group member will get 1/20th of the land sale price, with no notice as to where the money came from. If you had 100 members with "Pay Liabilities" checked, each person will get 1/100th of the profits.

Hope you have an honest group of friends in that Group, or that you act fast enough!
