I created a new group. I gave my officers (aka management team) very broad powers...almost everything, including all the parcel naming, returning, etc.
However....they can't do anything parcel related! They're even estate managers, and I finally made one of them an owner. She STILL can't do anything land related, except terraform.
WTH am I missing here??
