Logons have been flakey all weekend.
Lag (for me at least) has been pretty horendous too!
I'm being asked to recommend MUVEs (Multi User Virtual Environments) for some projects at the moment. I'd really like to recommend SL since it is my preference from a functional perspective, but in terms of performance and reliability, I can't!

Not sure if it's general but I also couldn't log in. Never happened to me before but there's always a first time... I'm sure all will be well soon - then again, I'm an optimist.

Yuppers.....dumping hard on me right now. LOL I can't even get to the SL web site without getting "this page cannot be displayed" about 7 times before I finally get a page. I'm guessing what ever is going on....it's effecting SL in it's entirety. (I find when ever there's big network/server issues with SL...I also have a hard time getting to the web site)
I guess I just have to keep trying my log on.... *sigh* And it was soooo well behaved for sooo long too. lol

I was able to get in this afternoon around 2pm (EST), and just got to the log-in page, didn't bother to look at the number of people in-world, but when I finally gave up on the non-moving status bar, and cancelled, my second log-in screen just showed the old graphic with the Second Life hand.
This should be a fun night.
