I was using avapet 2 but now when I try to use it, I get the failed to connect (ban) msg, my alt is not banned, I was able to log in on the normal client
what is a good barebones client that can run multiple times and would be perfect for putting an alt on a posing stand?
Thanks in advance
PS I tried searching for the creator Zetaphor Tengu but that name renders a none found result (I guess naming names is ok when they are not in the search) also their website which is on the documentation for the program, comes up not found... so they must have left SL

K my model spaces look sooo empty I can not bear to look at it
funny how you get used to seeing an alt standing there and it is just comforting
*sigh*

You could just log on your models using a "thin" client like SLeek or AjaxLife...

From: Jake Black I dont know what the actual answer is.. I just know LLs response was at best...flaccid. From: Solomon Devoix That's a very good way to put it, and now I know why we still haven't seen the promised blog entry...
...the Lindens are still waiting for their shipment of Lie-agra to come in to firm up their flaccid reasoning.

that is basically what I am looking for, but not just a chat client, it needs to be able to sit on things (the avatars stand on a modeling pose stand thing)

you can do that with Sleek if you know the name of the item you want to sit on. so name them with something original that starts with a symbol, so they are easy to locate.

I just barely tried Metabolt, since posting the suggestion, and on my alt it seemed to open the inventory fine, but on my account the inventory seemed to hang. It might have just needed to wait longer than my patience, or it might have failed altogether.

sleek works great for this. name the poseball something memorable, fireup sleek and tell it to sit on the poseball. i can run half a dozen sleeks plus my main client at once on a 4 year old computer.

one bot in your shop is one "person-slot" less for the sim, or in other words one prospective customer who goes somewhere else instead of your shop. and one bot also means one newbie who has to resort to give head in backalleys instead of a decent job.
...not to mention one more connection to the asset servers.

Hey Rha - Have you tried Movable Life? No program to download even. Last time I logged on, I could open my inventory...but it is slow to load. http://movablelife.net/login.aspx

...not to mention one more connection to the asset servers. There wasn't a question of if she should do it, just of programs. She's only got what..2? That's a hell of a lot better than the 15 or so of some places. Anywho, hoping you found something that works well, Rha
