I need a shift scheduler...

I have just started to hire bouncers and hosts for my club, and I need a way to set up a shift schedule for them to see. I wonder if there is a board or something that lets you do that. I have one of those notice boards, and it will work if I cant find something better suited for showing the schedule.

Does anyone know of a thing like this in existence? If so, where can I get one?

Do you have means to make texture of Schedule?
What I do is make texture of workers, times and days of week.
Make color code chart representing each worker on the chart.
Then upload it.
Put on prim for sign then if you need to change schedules or what not use colored prim prism or flat cylinder that fits in chart.
Example if Bouncer Y is Blue works Tuesday at such time use blue colored prim on that time slot.
Host G is Red, and so on.
Just idea for what its worth.
But there no real way for them to checking like punch the clock script wise that I know of that would be low tech and easy to do.

The best way to handle this that I know of, if you can get people to do it that is, is to set up a google calendar and invite them all to it. This requires getting them to give you their email, but I personally have gmail accounts for this name and for my alts.

My GM and I have access to the calendar and I put on there who is working and when. I keep my traffic and visitor counts on it, and if I get ambitious, I'll put the events on it.

I use my Hippo-Tell Announcement Board and update it daily to let the guests know what events are coming up that day.
