Have you been able to log on through that computer before? If so, how long ago? Did you do anything which might have gotten you banned or suspended?
Maybe post your system specs. That message sounds like the one that you get if your account was suspended, which may have happened due to the length of time between log-ins, not necessarily because you did something wrong.

Yes, the Lindens suspended your account for some reason. You need to file a support ticket. Note: this sort of thing can happen if you are using Hotmail for your email account. If you are, get a gmail or Yahoo account instead before you file the ticket, and after they re-enable your account, change your email address.
If you are a basic (non-Premium) account, do the following:
Choose the dark blue "Support" button at the top of this page.
Halfway down the page, you see "Login as <your name>". Do that.
Hit the "Submit a Ticket" heading (it's about in the middle of the page)
Put "Cannot log in" into the Summary field.
In the Ticket Type field, choose "Special Questions".
In the "Basic or Guest Access" field, choose "it is tellilng me I can't login from this location"
fill out the rest of the form, including a screen copy of the error if you can make it, and hit the Finish button.
They'll get to it eventually. Good luck! .

D'OH!! I forgot a step, I editted the instructions above. Hit "Submit a Ticket" ... THEN you'll see the ticket entry form, with the "Summary field" etc.
Sorry! .
