Hi,
So I just set-up the magicbox on my land and added some items to it, maybe 5 or 6 items in total. All of them work fine with the exception of one, which simply does not show up on Xstreet. I've even rezzed a second box in a different location (although on the same sim) with the same items in it. The Xstreet sites shows both as active. Resetting the boxes does nothing
I've tried removing and readding the item, renaming it, etc and still nothing.
This item is a box with an autorezzer and notecard inside of it.
What are some things that I should try or look at to hopefully resolve this? Yes I've logged a support ticket but, I dont have any faith in the ticketing system since I've closed 7 out of my 9 last tickets after they went unanswered for several weeks.
Any and all advice is appreciated.
Thanks!

Is it possible that on this item you do not have transfer rights? I know on some rezzers (Rez Faux at least) you have to hit a particular button to make the rezzer transferrable before you box it.

not sure, but is there anything in the box that is marked no transfer?
can't think of anything else that might cause that
Edited to add Dang Smith you beat me in there by seconds LOL

you know, I'd say I'm positive that's not the case but, it was pretty late when I set this up so who knows if I made a very simple error such as that. I'll check it again once I get home. If this is the reason, I'm going to have to smack myself Thank you for the advice!

Yeah everything wound up working out and it's up on xstreet now. Yes, they weren't copy or transfer, apparently the magicbox needs them to be copy at least

it needs them to be transfer, if they are no transfer it can not send them to anyone if they bought it
no copy is fine, as it will list it as a single item, with a warning in the ad

From: Cora Ireman Yeah everything wound up working out and it's up on xstreet now. Yes, they weren't copy or transfer, apparently the magicbox needs them to be copy at least Awesome! Yeah like Rhaorth said. The items have to be set to copy if you want to sell multiple copies (like in most cases). You don't have to set the permissions to transfer, *BUT* you do have to have transfer permissions yourself or it won't work and can't deliver it to anybody.
