A little while ago I read that SL are planning to supply their server technology as a service to companies wanting to set up their own grid. Now, after lots of searches, I cannot find the original article/blog entry/whatever.
Can someone point me to the source of this please.

the last public mention was in one of M Linden's January blog entries, that the behind the firewall offering is still "in development". Presumably this is the same stuff that has been in the works with IBM since 2007.
