Slutty Porn Heels

Where can I find a nice pair of clear slutty heels that you'd find like in porn? Specifically clear and red or pink.

Wouldn't there be a problem with that? I mean you'd need an invisprim to hide parts of the foot BUT the invisiprim also hides any transparent or semitransparent prims as well.

I have a series of 'crystal' shoes called Sinderella at Shoe Fly that have a transparent effect going on. They are platform pumps. You won't find a pair of sensible shoes there

And yes you are right Bree. It wouldn't work that way. And Rha, as soon as you go semi transparent on the shoe they get destroyed by the invisi as well.

This might not be quite what you're looking for, but these are my personal favorite pair of clear platforms I've come across, they have a goldfish inside.. (I don't own them, but I've never forgotten them)

I suppose strategically placed invisi prims would work.. just have to be very precise

K I just went in and did a very simple and quick mod to a pair of shoes I made... and it does work (as long as the heel is not clear too, that is where the invisi prim might cause some problems)

Keep in mind, this is a very quick mod, so of course it is not perfect (ie the texture is dark so the transparency is dark too)

the invisiprim affects prim trans, but what about alpha on the texture?

if a prim has a textue that is using the alpha channel and it is behind a prim with the invisibility prim refresh script, the prim that is behind (with the texture with the alpha such as a wall with a window) will disappear, the same way it makes the avatar disappear or anything with transparency (if it has the alpha channel it will disappear)

Oh those are nice shoes! Sculpty? I used a texture I made and had it 50% trans in the layers properties of PS.. I use that texture now on bracelets.. lucite look. But was not able to make them really work for the shoes....

The shoes I refereneced in the link there above I notice they use a texture that has the "look" of acrylic but yet is not trans... Very clever I think.

being that the transparent parts are above the foot, the invisi prim doesn't affect it at all

one would have to use a tromp l'oeil effect to make the heal look like it is transparent
