Figuring out the Tier cost

I have been thinking alot about buying some land, but I want to know how much would the tier be monthly. I want to get a parcel on the mainland, but I have yet to figure out a way to know the tier costs.

Could someone please help me figure this out?


The reason being is I want to set a side a nice sum of money to cover the costs of buying the land and owning it for a year and knowing how much the tier is money is essential.
