any chance I can get my closed alt account back？

before the thing happened, i have no idea it's very wrong I got alt accounts without payment stuff.
I mean, english is not my first langage...I really not read TOS that carefuly.
but when someday morning, I cannot login with these two accounts both, and my friend the one of my rl too，he said all my shops, stuff...everything belong to me are gone.
i run to read TOS word by word, shock and know how wrong i've done.
for now, i just want these two full of my meticulous care accouts and their inventory back. it's very importent for me.
so, i registed a full new pro accout that is i am uesing posting now , go to forum seeking help~

and how long the support tickets will reply me ?

I would use your main account to contact Concierge.

If you do not have that level of customer support, contact LL during business hours on the phone. I would not be patient enough in a situation like this to wait for a support ticket response, as it has taken sometimes weeks for a response using that method.

I can't find any prohibitions in the TOS that most decent people wouldn't find obvious. It's hard for me to believe that the language barrier caused you to get banned over some trivial technicality.

You seem genuinely surprised and penitent, but I'm a little suspicious that you don't mention what the violation was.

Fuku, just having Alts is not a violation of ToS. Since your shops are gone, too - is it possible someone hacked your accounts or stole your password?

Work through the options on each page, and when no solution is found then you will be offered Live Help.

I have always found the folk on Live Help extremely friendly and helpful - they may be able to help you find out what has happened to your other accounts.

Although you'll grow a beard if you're a man just waiting to talk to someone on the phone over at Lindens, this is your best bet. Call them and explain what's happened and they should tell you whats the status on this matter.

It's good to know that there's a nice wholesome translation for the name. In english, it's offensive enough to get the account banned. If your other accounts had similar names, you'll have to fully explain the meaning to the Lindens. If this is the case, they might let you have them back if you agree to change the name.

Once upon a time I put in fake information for some of my alts; I didn't know it was against the rules. I filled out a ticket for each alt and each was given back to me within 24 hours.

when I googled the word fuku it only told me about a school/sailor uniform
