I was wishing to make another name and when i try to get this one certain last name it will show with one first name but the name I really want as a first name it will not show that last name that i wish to have. I have tried to recycle the last names over and over but still no luck. The name i want is Tabrina Blackheart but the last name Blackheart only shows with Samina. Can someone please help me?

Well, I didn't have any trouble while registering the name Tabrina Blackheart ...
.... Oops!! --- OK. Just kidding! The only reason I can think of for not being able to register a particular firstname for an available lastname is that someone else has already registered it. DO you get a particular message when you tried to register? _____________________

According to in-world search, nobody has registered the name "Tabrina Blackheart".
To the best of my knowledge, when you enter a first name, the registration page pulls up a random sampling of the surname pool. It requires you to enter a first name beforehand so that it can check for already-assigned names so it won't include the used surname in the list. Other than that, it's just random. You're just going to have to play with the system for a while until it gives you the last name you want. _____________________

Try one of the community pages for signup. Most of them are structured to show almost all the names in a single dropdown menu. I recommend the Dublin site.
