Cancer is the number one cause of non-accidental death in children. A good cause but factually incorrect. Infection based disease is the biggest killer of children and accounts for 50% of all non accidental child deaths world wide, 30% of child deaths are caused by pneumonia and the remaining 20% are killed by numurous other conditions, one of which is Cancer.
