The highly useful webpage 'Friends Online' off of the Second Life webpage seems to be operational again.
In the last few days, i've touched the link, expecting to find the usual inaccurate list of friends. Low and behold, the Friends Online webpage seems to be accurate when i log in and check my friends list.
No announcement...

Hugs to the Lindens if this is back up. I use this page often.... am using it now to see if there are any of my friends i wish to visit with before i go inworld.
