Hey SL-ers, I have noticed some people can remove the colon (":" from the chat line when they want. For example Stoney Diavolo: taps his foot shows as Stoney Diavolo taps his foot Which is useful when chat is used for describing what you're doing instead of just what you say. But how do you do that - Anyone know? TIA

I am fully aware that this is already a way to turn it off completely, but putting / in front of your chat type is also a quick, temporary way of preventing the key tap sound. So if you're sitting during a Voice Chat poetry recital and want to express a nice sentiment about it, you could type "/ wow, I love this poem!" and not annoy the people sitting around you.
/me has annoyed folk before.

From: Annabelle Babii /me doesn't think so Well someone needs to hurry up then. I don't see any that fit the bill including the Friday Thread thread or the Standards for Friday Threads thread. Would hate it if this was the Friday without a Friday thread.

From: Jesse Barnett I don't see any that fit the bill including the Friday Thread thread or the Standards for Friday Threads thread. Its title wasn't the Friday Thread; its title was "Friday Threads". Pep (A substitute for and discussion of Friday Threads)
