tier/land/group help please....

The group land bonus totally confuses me as I have never owned group land up until now and I'm not good at math either. So i have an easy question for someone.

I own a 512 singly and 8192 sqm of group land. So the SL website says I have donated 7448. I have a $40 tier level.

How much group land do I need to sell in order to get myself back down to the $25 level?

You can own 512 for no tier and then an additional 4096 + 10% bonus.So that's what another 409 metres so around 4505 metres of group land you can hold.

So 8192 - 4505 = 3687 ... I think, my calculator doesn't work on this pc!

ok, tysm :D. that is sort of what i thought but I was playing with the worksheet in SL's land info page and it was confusing me!
