crashing!!!

ok my secondlife keeps crashing

ive gotten an email saying that i have to clear my cache in my comp


and that it is under documents and settings


something about deleting temp files


but the thing is...i have vista...(yes i know...)

and i dont know where my documents and settings are or anything


someone who knows vista or knows where to find the files i have to clear please help!

You can use the SL viewer for that, no need to do it manually:

1. Start up SL, but don't log in.
2. Open preferences and go to the 'network' tab.
3. There's a 'clear cache' button here. Press it.
4. Close the SL viewer, and start it again.
5. log in

ok my short cut does not work...

i have to keep re intsalling it whenever i want to go on


going to try and clear again...

but any suggestions?
