Hi All !
I have an big problem, this morning I have buy for 50$ of Lindens Dollars( 13000 L$) in the site officiel Second life and i have the confimation, i see in my account history the transaction Ok. Or i don t have received the Lindens $ in my account second life.. !!!!!??????? Can U help me plz ?? Thank you per avance, cordialy  ( Nadyland Oh |

This is an account/billings issue... so Kalderi is correct. All you can do is contact LL and make them aware of the issue. Sadly, this is the only advice we can give. _____________________

I had the same problem last night- and it shows both in my history here and on my PayPal acct...yet no in-world $. Now to figure out just how to get ahold of LL!
EDIT- Okay, I found WHERE I can submit a ticket, yet as a basic account holder it seems I am SOL since I can only submit under the "Basic Account" header and there is not an option regarding $L. Is there another way to contact LL? Also, the blog says that the problem has been resolved and it clearly has not been. I *really* wish they would post information like that (ie hold off on any buying of Linden transactions) in-world instead of relying on the blog and hoping everyone will see it. |
