I am thinking of selling a nice island - well, it's nice partly because it's on a corner therefore has uninterrupted views in two directions, which effectively means nearly three quarters of the way round. But it's made up of two adjacent parcels which I can't join as I am not the estate owner. I guess it will be less attractive if listed in the land search as two separate smaller half islands - I'd like it to appear as one, with a single price. Can this be done, do you think? (Or is my assumption wrong anyway? It seems to be an odd time to sell land at the moment).

Hiyas Prof! You'd have to contact the estate owner on that if you're unable to join the land parcels. It's not the best of times to be selling land unless you're merely moving from one location to another in which case the prices become less of an issue.
