Need advice on pricing land.

I haven't dealt with land for an extremely long period of time so I need some help. I currently own a 1536 parcel of land. It's mature, bordered by Linden water on one side, a Linden owned sim on an adjacent side and the remaining two sides are owned by the same group.

Rental land seems dirt cheap right now, so I don't think I'd be able to recoup my costs doing rentals unless I'm missing something.
Can someone give me an estimate on the maximum realistic amount I can receive for selling the land I described?

If you want it to sell fast you are going to need to have it priced down around $3100. If it really is *on* the water you could get more but you will have to wait for awhile until the right buyer comes along. It also depends on how many other parcels are for sale in the sim and what the rest of the sim looks like, to some extent.

Contact Sarah Nerd inworld and ask her to give you an appraisal.

Also check with others in the same sim. If someone is looking to add tier or expand, you will get more from them than you will from the general public.

I am thinking of getting rid of some of my own land, and looking around for 'better.'

The land I have isn't bad, but the dusty terrain...and being near a hub. It would be a great location for a shop though, but I don't know if I want to run a shop or not. Anyway. I'll have a look at it, if you wanna send a LM?

Look at land for sale around you then decide do you want to wait till you get a good price and keep paying the fees or sell it and be done with the extra costs
