He came immediately to try to fix the ongoing transactions problems on one of my sims. He did his best.
Now THAT is customer service ! Kudos to Izzy !

I like seeing when lindens are doing a good job
my experience anytime anything has issues at my place, is quick and courteous service, they pop over check things out, do what they can and if they can not help, they send it to those who can
so I say kudos to all the lindens who work hard to get things right for us

Have to give Kudos to Maggie Linden, she helped me not once but twice last night during the central database update and resulting issues. In fact she's helped me more often than any other Linden now that I think about it. Very efficient. |

I dunno if I could list all the lindens that have helped me throughout the almost 2 years in SL
I do not even remember which lindens it was that helped me on my first day (crashes back then too LOL) and many more over the years have assisted me in one way or another
even when I needed a shoulder to cry on or an ear to bend, they were there...

If I'm a suck up for thanking people who give me free things, then so be it. The thing is, individually I've had little issue with Lindens, and many of the newer folks I've met have impressed me with their desire to do good. I don't always agree with the company they work for, an moments like now (I really want to get online now, kthxbye) are definitely frustrating -- but ya, I tink most do a good job with what they got to work with. Hey Lindens send me a pony and more bears and I will never complain again LOL Hiya Steve, I have conduct bit more hair experiments, still in testing phase but when you get time look me up when you have time. I need your opinion. Though still not able to figure out how to do blonde's yet

From: Slack Zapedzki I'm so glad. In what way was the sim misbehaving? Mainland sim, could tp in and out just fine but, from inside the sim, none of the adjacent sims were visible. Nor could your walk or fly out of the sim. Also, that sim was just void water when looking in from an adjacent sim. Since I have a shared build with a resident of that sim that spans the sim boundary, it looked a bit odd, to say the least. |
